EXTRAORDINARY TRANSACTIONS

The Firm assists companies and both Italian and international private equity funds in the structuring (financial and tax), negotiation, and execution of acquisition and divestiture deals, as well as other extraordinary finance transactions.

In M&A transactions, the Firm supports its clients throughout all negotiation phases, up to the execution of contractual agreements and transaction closing.

ADVISORY

The Firm actively supports clients in sourcing new shareholders or venture capital, and in structuring leverage transactions, including management buy-ins (MBI) and buyouts (MBO).

CRISIS MANAGEMENT

In crisis situations, the timeliness of decisions and actions is critical to successful management. The term "crisis" originates from the Latin crisis and the Greek krisis, meaning "choice" or "decision".

With strong agility and responsiveness, the Firm supports clients facing challenging situations-whether due to internal (endogenous) or external (exogenous) factors-such as financial distress, organisational inefficiencies, or generational transitions. Services may also include interim (temporary) management roles.
